Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping option.

Estimated delivery times:

• Puerto Rico & U.S.: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. However, we’ll do our best to help you locate your package if issues arise.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Miracle Collection is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier for further assistance.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
