Refund policy

At Miracle Collection, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale items, gift cards, and worn or damaged items will not be accepted.
